Q: What type of crystals are used in the artwork? A: Xilion cut Swarovksi crystals.

Q: Does lhimeurart.com ship internationally? A: Yes, we offer international shipping options to our clients on lhimeurart.com. Please note that additional time will be needed to process and ship international orders and that the additional duties and taxes associated with the purchase are the recipient’s responsibility. If a package is not accepted and returned to lhimeurart.com, an e-commerce credit for the amount of the purchase less shipping costs will be issued.

Q: What payment methods does lhimeurart.com accept? A: At the moment, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, China Union Pay, Jcb, Diners, Cartes Bancaires, Discover, Electron, Maestro, and Apple Pay.

Q: Can I cancel my order? A: Should you choose to cancel your order, you must contact customer support at artbylindah@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Q: Can I modify my order? A: Should you wish to modify your order, you must contact customer support at artbylindah@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Modifications that require extra time or material may incur an extra fee to be invoiced separately.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Order processing takes 2-3 business days. Once shipped, transit times are dependent upon the shipping carrier and shipping method selected. If you place your order during a holiday, please expect shipping delays from the carrier.

Q: How do I track the status of my order? A: Once your order is processed by the shipping carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to follow the estimated arrival time of your order.

Q: How do I return or exchange my order? A: Please have in mind all sales are final once the payment is processed and returns/refunds are not permitted. If you think your specific case should grant for an exchange, you must contact Customer Service at artbylindah@gmail.com within 72 hours of the order being delivered. All exchanges must be shipped back to us in their original conditions and packaging within 14 days of delivery in order to receive an e-commerce credit or exchange. All approved exchanges must be returned in unused, original conditions and packaging. Please ship to: 555 NE 15th ST, Miami, FL 33132. Note that for exchanges there is a restocking fee of 10% of the item's retail price.

Q: What should I do if I receive an order that is damaged? A: All orders are inspected prior to packaging and shipping, and we stand behind our products and their quality. Should your order be damaged during transit and arrive in other than perfect condition, you will need to contact Customer Service at artbylindah@gmail.com within 48-72 hours of delivery.

Q: How benefitial is it to create a customer account on lhimeurart? A: With your personalized customer account, you will experience a faster checkout, the ability to review your order history, and you'll be added to our members newsletter, where we send any and all promotions and updates.

Q: How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails? A: Should you wish to unsubscribe from our marketing email list, you can do so by clicking the "unsubscribe" button at the footer of said marketing email(s). Please note that if you unsubscribe while having a pending order, you may still receive emails in relation to the status of said order.
